Update : We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites when we went to Universal Studios in August 1999 . They offer continental breakfast and is centrally located between Universal Studios and Walt Disney World . Hubby Marcus has always liked the Hampton Inn chains so this was not a difficult decision to make as a choice for a "off-site " hotel . We were minutes from Downtown Disney and the outlet malls ( which fit right in with my family's need to shop ). Also it was close to labor day , so the parks were fairly empty and the shops had great back to school sales . Our rented car was filled to the brim when we returned home from our weeks stay !

Update : Coming Winter 2008 (or 2009) stay tuned for a week at Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. The cast will include Marc, Cyndi, Nicki, Quisha and maybe TJ. A few family members may tag along , but I'm not counting on it. I still plan to stay at Disney ( unless I get a better deal ). And I will try eating at a few new places. We also want to check out Sea World in a lot cooler weather. Maybe this time I will actually enjoy the park. So stay tuned !!!!!!
