" Storybook Princess Breakfast " 2002
We had reservations for 8:30 Wednesday for the SBP Breakfast . The girls and I caught the bus from AS Music to Epcot .We proceeded through a special line with a sign for Storybook Princess Guest. The CM checked off our names and we were in ! There was another rope around the corner from the ball . Our names were checked one last time and we proceeded to WS. I slowed down to get some shots of an empty WS , but the girls were way ahead of me. At the entrance to the restaurant there is a banner with the Storybook Princess Breakfast on it . We checked in and was immediately seated . The restaurant was at full capacity and more people came in throughout our meal . Our servers were quiet but very attentive. There were pastries and fresh fruit already laid out on the table. Not long after that they bought out the skillet with sausage , eggs , bacon , french toast and cheese potatoes . We enjoyed the potatoes so much , we asked for seconds . You could also have orange juice and coffee. The Princess did not come out right away , but eventually they began to get around to our table. We were in the back in the round turret area , so we were last on the rounds . We never felt any pressure to leave , even after we were finished with our food. The Princess ( Belle , Jasmine , Snow White , Aurora - AKA Sleeping Beauty , and Mary Poppins ) graced us with their presence . Everyone asked about Cinderella ( who was at home in her castle at MK ) and Ariel ( who was at her grotto ). This was the first time the girls had gotten a chance to get an autograph from some of them , so it was a real treat .The food was good and filling and if you want more of something just ask . They bring it to you on a smaller skillet , nice and hot .
