Disney Handbag Collection

I don't own a lot of Disney bags, but the few that I do have I really use (as you will see in the photos lol).

This was actually a set that I brought at one of the Disney Outlets during a trip near Christmas time. I think it is probably one of my most favorite bags, in part because I can wear it with my every day clothing. The "toiletry bag" and the eyeglass case are really practical as well.

I almost didn't buy this bag and the wallet, just because it was so "loud" and in your face (well at least for me lol). But I have come to really like it (and it helps that it has one of my favorite colors in it. Which is aqua). .

We actually picked this bag up at Epcot on one of our last trips to Disney. For the first time I used something other then a backpack in the parks. At the time I had a pinched nerve and was trying to carry less stuff but needed something to put a few things in. Of course it ended up being the catch all bag for everyone and at one point my daughter had to take it from me and carry around. LOL But I love the color blue and orange has kind of grown on me!!!

This tote has gotten the most use out of all of my totes. I use it as a carry on bag on trips (even none Disney ones). So it has gotten the most wear and you can tell by some of the stains on it. I just noticed it as I was about to work on this post. I am going to try and wash it in a gentle cycle and pray it does not fall apart. I think we also picked this one at one of the parks or the resort.

My husband brought this one at one of the outlets and it is probably the bag I have used the least. I can't seem to get away from orange (it was like $6.00 dollars or something so why not).

A Disney friend gave me this bag because she knew my favorite Princess was Cinderella. For years I used it to pack stuff in when traveling so its seen better days.

So has this bag! I used it for a long time to carry hair things in when I traveled. Its a little worse for wear now, but I can't seem to part with it.

These two pieces came with the Cinderella bag that my friend got me and I have definitely made good use of them over the years. I love putting make-up in them.

This is my new baby, which I can't wait to use on our upcoming trip! It was a gift for my birthday from a church member (she said she gave it to me to put a little smile on my face...which she definitely did). I am working on filling it up with the things I usually carry to the parks and I will most likely do a video on it before the trip. So stay tuned.

I would really love a Vera Bradley or Dooney and Bourke purse but they would have to be deeply discounted for that to happen. I would also love the Cinderella bag by Danielle Nichole (since we are dreaming lol). I would love to know if anyone else is as obsessed with purses as I am. No? Just me???

My Character Album/Scrapbook

A few years ago I started working on a character album/scrapbook ( I have many more photos of me with characters, just not in this album). Somehow I kind of forgot about it and just recently found it while going through some things. Now that I have I can't wait to fill it back up with more memories. I doubt that I will be able to accomplish it in one trip but I have this crazy goal of meeting all of the princess on our upcoming trip. Only time will tell if I am able to pull it off. LOL

First Ever Christmas at WDW

These scrapbook pages are from our first ever Christmas at WDW (I think its also the year we brought annual passes).

The whole family at Animal Kingdom

Magic Kingdom was celebrating 100 years of Magic at the time.

The girls at Minnie's house.

Cindy greeting Cyndi. LOL

Getting to see the parks all dressed up for Christmas was amazing!

Nicki loves trying on hats (at least at the parks).

Meeting Tweedledee and Tweedledum from Alice. I don't think you see them on a regular basis in the parks. But on this trip we even saw them playing in the garden at the Contemporary Resort (where we were staying).

Donald and Daisy

My oldest loves Pooh. This is us at the Chrystal Palace. On the same day we saw Daisy and Donald, Pinocchio upon finding out Pooh was Q's favorite character actually dragged her along to where Pooh was meeting people. They made a big deal about her hat and attire that day. Its a memory I have never forgotten!

My youngest daughter loved Eeyore growing up (still does lol). I didn't post the pic of her with Eeyore because you couldn't even see her in the pic.

No trip is complete for us, without a visit to what was then Downtown Disney.

WALT!!!!

We did a bit of Park hopping, and a must see is the Gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian.

We also went to check out the new Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Traditionally we end our last morning at Disney with breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Unfortunately on this trip we have not been able to get reservations.

Disney Bits and Bobs

I can't be the only person who loves it when the British use the words bits and bobs? I don't know why, but it puts a smile on my face. Anyway, today I thought I would share some of my Disney "bits and baubles" that I have collected over time.

The Hatbox that I keep everything in (of course it had to be Disney lol).

Water bottles that I picked up a few years ago when we were in PA at a Disney Outlet.

I think my husband picked these up at one of the Disney outlets on our first or second trip ever to WDW at one of the Character warehouse stores. They light up when you twirl them and there are over 22 different sayings on them. We saw them a lot in the parks and was surprised when we were able to pick some up at one of the outlets (for much cheaper).

A couple of notebooks, my Disney wallet (which holds a lot of our old Disney tickets), and buttons we received from the Poly Resort on our anniversary a few years back. The red notebook is actually from the Dollar Tree (I stuck a Mickey sticker on it) that I am using to jot down notes for our upcoming trip.

I love these bracelets. My girlfriend brought them back from Disney a few years ago and I have been dying to try wear them to the parks.

The same girlfriend that brought me the bracelets, made this necklace for me for my 47th birthday many years ago. Each of the guest at the party received one as well.

All of these pieces came from Walmart! If you can't tell by now I have a thing for blue and green (and Mickey of course) LOL

These are two of my favorite pieces of jewelry. The necklace on the left is one I picked up at a Flea Market we shop at each time we go to Orlando. I have a few pieces from this one particular lady that has been there like forever. So much so, that she usually recognizes us when we go back (at least I like to think she does). The second Mickey necklace I wear on a regular basis. It actually came from Avon of all places.

I try to collect at least one item from one of the parks each time we go. On our last trip I picked up this bracelet and the charms from one of the shops at Epcot after we got off the ride (I want to say it was Text Tracks or Figment). I am hoping to add a few more of the charms to my collection on this next trip.

My Pandora bracelet is in need of a few charms, but since I want to fill it up with the Disney ones it is going to take a while. My two oldest children gave it to me one year for Christmas.

I love my Cinderella Alex and Ani bracelet! I brought it at the DTD store on our weekend trip to Orlando for a wedding. I am hoping to pick up the Castle one on our next trip.

Another set from Walmart!!! I love wearing it during the 4th of July weekend with one of my t-shirts!

My favorite princess! I just could not part with this dispenser after I ate the candy. I have a few more "collectibles" that I am sure I will share over time but I thought this was a good start (especially since its some of mu non clothing items). And I wanted an excuse to use the words...bits and bobs. LOL
